A Laredo man was arrested by state troopers Monday evening. Fifty-nine year old Stanley Lovell of Laredo was arrested about 7:00 pm in Livingston County for alleged DWI – first offense and careless and imprudent driving involving an accident. He was processed at the Chillicothe Police Department and released.
