State Troopers report four arrest in the area counties over the weekend.
Saturday at about 10:30 am, Troopers in Carroll County arrested 51 year old Robert Smith for alleged possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was processed and released.
Sunday at about 1:00 am, Troopers on Sullivan County arrested 32 year old Foromo Gnekoyamou of Kirksville for alleged DWI, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and speeding. He was processed and released.
Sunday at about 2:00 am, troopers in Sullivan County arrested 28 year old Logan Hill of Milan for alleged DWI, no seatbelt and failure to signal. He was also processed and released.
At about 3:45 pm Sunday, Troopers in Caldwell County arrested Richardo Fernandez of Higginsville for alleged possession of amphetamine, possession of heroin, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no valid driver’s license. He was held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
