The Chillicothe City Council will meet Monday and the agenda includes swearing in a new 4th ward council person and recognition of Paul Howard for his service. The Council meeting begins Monday at 6:30. Mayor Reed Dupy will open the meeting with the recognition of Paul Howard. He will then make is recommendation to fill the 4th Ward opening with the appointment of Pam Jarding.
The council will have a review and approval of the finances.
Ben White will make a presentation to the council for an event on Webster Street in front of Silvermoon plaza. MainStreet is planning a Craft Beer Event.
Tammi Venneman will present the amended Flood Plan Ordinance for approval.
Venneman will also present a conditional use permit for an event hall at 923 Waples.
City Administrator Darin Chappell will present an agreement with Allegier, Martin and Associates and an update on the 2019 Street Project list.
Fire Chief Darrell Wright will make a Presentation of equipment changes and updates in both the Fire Department and Police Department.
An executive session is planned to follow the meeting.
