The March meeting of the Chillicothe Planning and Zoning commission will include a review of a final plat request and work on two zoning issues. The meeting is scheduled for March 4th at 5:30 pm at Chillicothe City Hall.
The Final Plat request is for the re-plat of the property at the end of McCormick Street, behind the Chillicothe Senior Center. The request was sent back for a few changes at the last meeting.
The zoning issues include:
Begin setting standards in the Zoning ordinances for Tiny Homes
And begin the changes required to address online businesses in the Zoning ordinances.
The meeting is open to the public.
