Three women and two men are headed to the Missouri Department of Corrections following court appearance.
Sheriff Steve Cox says the women headed to the Vandalia Prison include:
34 year old Lena Williams of Chillicothe, sentence to 4 years for Possession Controlled Substance.
30 year old Cynthia R. Periman of Utica, sentenced to 3 years for Driving While License Suspended.
44 year old Nicki L. Swank of Bogard is sentenced to 7 years for Possession Controlled Substance.
Cox says two men are headed to the Department of Corrections in St. Joseph. They are:
26 year old Desmond Huff of Chillicothe returned to prison on a parole warrant.
32 year old Joseph Story of Chillicothe sentenced to 7 years for a probation violation on a charge of Domestic Assault 3rd. He will attend CODS program.
