Meth Seized And Several Arrested Following Drug Investigations

A lengthy drug investigation in the 300 block of Clay Street by the Chillicothe Police Department and Livingston County Sheriff’s Department concluded Friday night when Officers and Deputies seized drug paraphernalia and evidence of drug distribution from a resident of the home and arrested a 30-year-old Male on a parole warrant.

Police Chief Jon Maples says that led to a second search warrant and several arrests in the 200 block of Conn Street, where five others were arrested.

There was also a minor child found at the location on Conn Street and the Children’s Division was called to assist with that situation.

Chief Maples praised the work of all of those involved.

He says the Sheriff’s office K9 – Zaki, was also very involved in the actions taken at both locations.

Those arrested include:

53 year old Venessa June Mansfield for alleged delivery of a controlled substance.  Bond is set at $25,000.

37 year old Ryann Nicholle Gatson for alleged delivery of a controlled substance.  Bond is set at $25,000.

41 year old Rebecca Sue Shutterly for alleged delivery of a controlled substance.  Bond is set at $25,000.

17 year old Kelly Noel Hanshaw Saville for alleged possession of a controlled substance.  Bond is set at $25,000.
