Flood warnings are issued for the Grand River from Pattonsburg to Brunswick.
At Pattonsburg, the river is expected to rise above flood stage of 25 feet early this morning and crest late this afternoon around 26.2 feet before falling back below flood stage this evening.
At Gallatin, the river will remain just below flood stage of 26 feet. The crest will be 25.1 feet this evening.
At Chillicothe, Flood stage is 24 feet. The river will rise above flood stage this evening cresting at 24.8 feet and hold there until Sunday morning and falling below flood stage Sunday evening.
At Sumner, the river will rise above flood stage of 26 feet this afternoon. Moderate flooding is expected as the river will crest Sunday morning at about 32 feet. Flooding at Sumner will continue until Tuesday morning.
At Brunswick, minor flooding is occurring, with a reading Friday of 22 feet. Flood Stage is 19 feet at Brunswick. The river is expected to rise beginning later today with a crest of at least 23.9 feet Sunday night and flooding continuing until Wednesday morning.
