Other Livingston County Contested Races and Ballot Items

Taking a look at the other contested races in Livingston County.  (Updated at 8:55 am)

The Health Center Director seats were won by Harry Lockridge and Alvina Ann Benskin.

For the City of Chula, there were no candidates on the ballot for the Board of Aldermen.  There were write-in votes for each of the three seats.  We do not have names of the winners at this time.

For the Southwest of Ludlow School District, the winners are Bryce Anderson and Clint Gilliland.

For Medicine Township Trustee, Chad Crawford defeated Rita Jacobs 33 to 3.

For Chillicothe Township Board, the winners are Jim Gates with 1042 votes and Ron Hughes with 699.  David Brown lost with 561 votes.

For Medicine Township Board, Austin and Clinton Campbell won with 36 and 34 votes respectively.  Dean Jacobs and Ronald Eckert each had 2 votes.

 

For The Township Road Levy Questions:

Jackson Township voted 44 yes to 33 no.

Blue Mound Township voted 47 yes to 33 no

Medicine Township voted 24 yes to 14 no

And Rich Hill Township voted 67 NO to 56 yes, voting down the road tax.

Livingston County Public Water Supply District 1, Sub District 2 Board of Directors seat was won by Stanton Warren 73 to 71 over Tim Hein
