State Troopers report an accident and two arrests Thursday in the area counties.
In Grundy County at about 9:25 am, Troopers investigated a single vehicle accident on Route A, at 33rd Avenue – north of Trenton. Forty-nine-year-old Glen Roberts of Ridgeway was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton for treatment of minor injuries he received when he was southbound and didn’t make it through a curve, overcorrected, went off the west side of the road and his car overturned. Roberts was arrested for alleged DWI, no valid drivers license, no valid plates, no seatbelt and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. He was processed and released at the hospital.
A Chillicothe man was arrested Thursday morning on a Probation and Parole warrant. Twenty-nine-year-old James Crisman of Chillicothe was arrested by the Missouri Highway Patrol at 8:05 am on the felony warrant. He was turned over to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department for transport to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail, where he will be held with no bond allowed.
