Yuille Enters Guilty Plea In 2017 Crash That Killed Danette Rardon

The man charged in the death of Dannette Rardon in the November 2017 traffic crash at Washington and Calhoun has pled guilty.

Twenty-four-year-old Shawn Yuille of Trenton entered the guilty plea Monday on charges of second-degree murder and endangering the welfare of a child. The guilty plea came just one day before the trial was set to begin.

Under the plea, the prosecuting attorney, Adam Warren is recommending a sentence of 20 years in the department of corrections on the murder charge and seven years on the endangerment charge, with the sentences running concurrently.

Sentencing has been scheduled for July 2nd.
