The Chillicothe Baseball team lost their second straight game in the Pony Express Tournament. Chillicothe lost to Cameron 19-1 in the consolation semi-final game.
The Hornets scored in the bottom of the first inning, but then it was all Cameron, scoring six runs in the second and 13 runs in the third inning. The game ended after the bottom of the third inning due to the 15 run mercy rule in High School Baseball.
Chillicothe used five pitchers, which gave up a combined 19 runs on 10 hits with 10 walks and one strike out. The Hornets team had three errors.
At the plate Jaden Winder had a double and single, Mason Baxter and Kam Ward both had singles.
