A new mural will soon grace Downtown Chillicothe. The early work has begun on the south side of the Klinginsmith Building, just north of Webster Street. Ben White from MainStreet Chillicothe says this mural is a tribute to the Leeper Hotel.
White says they did have to find a new muralist.
White says they hope to see the mural completed by the end of May.
