Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning commission and The Board of Adjustments will meet Monday at City Hall.
The Board of Adjustments meets at 5:30 pm in the Council Chamber to discuss a variance for a 30×40 foot storage building for personal use at 422 East Bridge Street.
At 6:30, the Planning and Zoning Commission will meet in Council Chambers, with two topics on the agenda.
The Commission will discuss an ordinance for Tiny Homes and In-Law Quarters. They will also review and discuss an ordinance for the cultivation and manufacturing of medical marijuana.
The meetings of the Board of Adjustments and the Planning and Zoning Commission are open to the public.
