The Hornets Golf Season is now over. Chillicothe Freshman Gage Leamer missed the cut in Sectionals competition with a round of 99 and 36th place.
Pembroke Hill won the team title with a 326 with Warrensburg second with a 336.
A Clinton golfer was medalist with a 3-over-par round of 75.
In Class 1 sectionals, Bishop LeBlond was the team winner with a 336 and Mid Buchanan 2nd. Gallatin was 4th and Hamilton 5th in the sectional contest.
LeBlond had the top two golfers with Hank Lierz shooting a 2-over for medalist honors.
Advancing to the state meet from the KCHI area includes Haden Bradford and Hayden Jumps both of Gallatin both with rounds of 86 and Nicholas Wyckoff of Hamilton with a 19-over score.
