An accident in Sullivan County left one of the drivers with minor injuries Monday evening. At about 5:25 pm, Abdoul Nsungula of Kirksville was eastbound when another eastbound vehicle, driven by 63-year-old James Heaton of Green City, slowed to make a left turn. Nsungula attempted to pass the Heaton vehicle and they collided. Heaton was taken to Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville for treatment. Nsungula was not injured.
