Chillicothe Police Report Includes One Arrest

Police responded to 124 calls for service on Thursday and made one arrest.

12:55 am, officers responded to a report of a suspicious acting person contacting a resident in the 100 block of Calhoun Street.  Officers were unable to locate the suspect.

2:05 am, Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of Grandview Avenue.  The disturbance was found to be a verbal domestic.  No arrests were made.

10:20 am, Officers responded to the 100 block of Ryan Street, in reference to a stolen automobile. The vehicle is a Green, 1997 Chevrolet pick-up X-cab with no tailgate. This investigation is on-going.

10:45 am, Officers had an abandoned vehicle blocking a driveway, towed from the 300 block of Second Street.

12:10 pm, Officers took a report of a possible violation of a protection order.

1:35 pm, A man was arrested at the Police Department for a warrant.   The man came to the police department to check his name for a warrant.  The officers found he had a warrant out of DeKalb County. The subject was processed and released to DeKalb County jail.

6:50 pm, officers took a report of kids in the street by Clay and Washington.  The kids were found in the green space at Clay and Washington.
