Health Center Offering Immunizations with Incentives

The Livingston County Health Center is hosting Early Bird School-Aged Shot Clinics that include incentives from local businesses.  In May and June to encourage students needing required immunizations to get those shots early, instead of waiting until the end of summer.

The clinics are targeting student that will enter 8th grade this fall and those that will be seniors in the 2019/20 school year.  Eighth graders are required to get a Tdap (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis) and Meningitis vaccination.  Students entering 12th grade are required to have a Meningitis booster.

The clinics are scheduled for May 30th and 31st from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, June 12th from 1:30 to 6:30 pm and June 26th from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Appointments are required and can be made by calling 646-5506.  Any child under 18 must have written consent of a parent, those over 18 can sign consent for themselves.
