The City of Chillicothe will need to make decisions on how, when and where Medical Marijuana may be sold, produced or grown inside the city limits. At the last City Council Meeting, one of the topics was the setbacks the City will require. City Administrator Darin Chappell explains.
Chappell says 1000 feet would be too restrictive in this community.
Chappell says the city can not make it impossible for medical marijuana dispensaries to operate in the community.
