A Harris resident was arrested in Sullivan County Monday evening. Troopers arrested 19-year-old William Turpin of Harris at about 8:30 pm for alleged DWI with drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and a lane violation. He was processed at the Sullivan County Jail and released.
