The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported several arrests in the past couple of weeks.
“Most Wanted Arrests”
May 26th, 49-year-old Gregory M. Anderson of Chillicothe surrendered on a warrant for alleged Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
May 26th, 21-year-old Jesse Allen Brock was arrested by Marceline Police on a warrant for alleged Stealing a Firearm.
May 28th, 27-year-old Amanda K. Ridens surrendered on a warrant for alleged Probation Violation on drug charges.
June 1st, 21-year-old Jolene Kat Rounkles was arrested on a warrant for alleged Probation Violation on the original charge of Burglary. She was arrested in Nodaway County.
June 4th, 34-year-old Charles Robert Smith was arrested on a warrant for alleged violation of bond conditions on drug charges. Smith has been a fugitive since April 5th.
Other Arrests:
May 26th a deputy tried to stop a speeding northbound vehicle on US 65 south of Chillicothe. The vehicle continued into Chillicothe and stopped in the 400 block of Walnut Street. The driver ran into a building. Chillicothe Police arrived to assist and the driver came out of the house. They arrested 33-year-old Anthony R. Martin of Wheeling for alleged Resisting Arrest by fleeing, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and traffic violations. He is held with bond set at $10,000.
May 28th,  deputies arrested 24-year-old Hunter Demetrius Griffin of Chillicothe on a warrant for alleged Violation of Bond Conditions. He is held a the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
May 30th 38-year-old Gaylord Daniel Humphrey of Trenton surrendered on a warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
May 30th, deputies made a traffic stop for no headlights and when stopped, a passenger attempted to run from the scene. The deputy arrested 18-year-old Rhett Adam Byler of Chillicothe for alleged No Valid Driver’s License. He was processed and released.
May 30th a deputy arrested 29-year-old Richard J. Stumph of Chillicothe for alleged Driving While Suspended. He was processed and released.
May 31st, 52-year-old Shelley Cong of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original charge of alleged Violation of Education Requirements for a Child. She posted $2,500 bond and was released.
June 4th, 33-year-old Scarlett Rebecca Tripp of Chula was arrested on a warrant for alleged Probation Violation. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
June 5th, 60-year-old David Lee Kirkpatrick of Chillicothe was arrested on a warrant for alleged Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
