Bids and Ordinances Are On Chillicothe City Council Agenda

The Chillicothe City Council considers ordinances for medical marijuana and for local bid preference when they meet Monday.  The Council meets at 6:30 pm in council chambers.

In the finance section of the agenda, the council considers accepting the bid for a street department truck, the demolition of the old steam plant and the architectural invoice for the Life Flight  Hanger.

Under appearances, Mayor Kelly will introduce the Railroad Board members.

City Administrator Darin Chappell will lead a discussion on repairs to Corporate Drive and will present an ordinance for engineering addendum for the street projects.

City Attorney Robert Cowherd will present ordinances for the Local Bid Preference, a bid protest procedure and will present the Medical Marijuana ordinance for approval.

An executive session is scheduled following the regular session.
