Improvements are being made to the Gallatin Water Plant. Gallatin City Administrator Lance Rains says work has been done to solve some CO2 issues.
Rains says there is still one thing to finish.
He says the plant is producing a better product. He said all Department of Natural Resource specifications are looking “Really Good.”
