A Chillicothe resident is one of the winners in the Miss Missouri’s Outstanding Teen Competition in the preliminary fitness and talent competition in Mexico.
Chillicothe’s Bri Foli, daughter of Jeff and Teresa Foli, won the Miss Spirit of St Louis’ Outstanding Teen rookie talent winner.
Foli performed a jazz dance for her talent.
The event continues with the New Miss Missouri’s Outstanding Teen to compete on the national stage in Orlando, Florida later this summer.
