Yuille Sentenced in 2017 Rardon Death

A Grundy County resident was sentenced to 35 years in jail for the death of a Chillicothe woman in 2017.
In April Shawn Yuille plead guilty to 2nd degree murder in the death of Danette Rardon in an accident on November 25, 2017.
Livingston County Prosecuting Attorney Adam Warren stated in a Facebook post that Yuille’s murder charge was brought as a result of him inhaling air duster.
He then operated his vehicle north bound on Washington with his daughter as a passenger. The duster caused Yuille to lose consciousness.
The vehicle traveled through downtown Chillicothe with a wide-open throttle, and hit Rardon’s vehicle broad-side at an estimated 88 miles per hour as she was proceeding into the intersection with a green light.
Yuille was sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections for 30 years on Count 1 Felony Murder 2nd Degree and 5 years on Count 2 Class D Felony Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The original April plea was for 20 years for count 1 and 7 for count 2.
