Drug Arrests by Highway Patrol

Two Polo residents were arrested Friday evening by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Clinton County.
63 year old Harold Burnett was arrested on a Livingston County Warrant for possession of Methamphetamine. He was taken to the Clinton County Jail.
Troopers also arrested 59 year old Brenda Luther of Polo also on a Livingston County Warrant for possession of Methamphetamine. She was also taken to the Clinton County Jail.
Highway Patrol Troopers arrested 36 year old Jessica Corthon of Hale in Livingston county on Felony possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of Marijuana; Possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated-drugs, failure to have two lighted head lamps and no seat belt. She was taken to the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24 hours hold.
Two Ohio residents were arrested in Linn County. A 22 year old male and a 32 year old male were each arrested for possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. They were held at the Linn County Jail and later released.
Troopers arrested 21 year old Tanner Shannon of Brunswick for possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. They were held at the Chariton County Jail and later released.
