Chillicothe Police Report For The Weekend

Chillicothe Police handled more than 130 calls for service over the weekend.  Some of the calls included well-being checks, reports of careless and imprudent or intoxicated drivers and parking complaints.

Saturday

1:30 am, officers responded to a report of a fight at a business in the 400 block of Locust Street.  Those involved were gone on the Officer’s arrival.

9:50 am, Report of radio stolen from inside a vehicle parked in the 200 block of South Washington Street.

7:56 pm Officers responded to a report of a young child walking on top of the wall at the old football stadium on Miller Street.  Officer could not locate the child.

10:28 pm, Possible leaving without paying at business in the 600 block of West Business 36 Highway.

11:00 pm, Officers were requested to check a home in 1400 block of Jackson Street.  The house has been empty and the garage door was open.

Sunday

12:10 PM, Officer received a report of stolen trailer license plates.

1:02 PM, two adults were reportedly passed out in a vehicle in the 1000 block of Graves Street.   The vehicle was located a short distance away from the parking lot.  Officers arrested a woman for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  She was also arrested on Carroll County warrants.  The female was processed at the police department and transferred to Carroll County.

3:23 PM, Officers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Clay Street.  A woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was processed and released pending a court appearance.

4:52 PM, Officers responded to a business in the 1000 block of Graves on a report of shoplifting.  A man subject was arrested for stealing, processed and released pending a court appearance.

9:08 PM, Officers called to a business in the 1000 block of Graves for a report of theft.  As a result of the investigation, Officers arrested a woman for stealing.  She was processed, cited, and released pending a future court appearance.
