Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

One Hundred Two calls for service are in the Chillicothe Police Department Report for Tuesday.

2:17 am, officers responded to a commercial business alarm in the 400 block of Mitchell Road.  The building was secure.

8:24 am, Officer received a report of an attempted burglary at a business in the 10 block of South Washington Street.  The investigation continues.

11:37 am, Animal Control and an Officer checked on a dog in the 1800 block of Boyd Street.  The resident was advised that if conditions continue, the animal will be confiscated.

12:48 pm, The department received a report of tractor-trailer losing items as they were eastbound on US 36.  The vehicle was stopped and the driver advised of the situation.

1:46 pm, Officers and Children’s Division are investigating a hotline call regarding possible child abuse from the 300 block of JFK.

1:48 pm, A license plate was reported stolen from the 100 block of Brunswick Street.

5:10 pm, Officers were called to the 400 block of Cowgill on a report of property damage.   The homeowner stated neighbors saw a person throw something at a window, breaking the window. The resident was not home at the time.

9:31 pm, Officer spoke with a family in the 200 block of East Jackson Street that was having an argument.

10:51 pm, Officers checked on tennis court lights left on at Danner Park.  The lights are believed to be on a timer.

11:14 pm, Report of assault between employees at a business in the 500 block of West Business 36 Highway.  The investigation continues.
