Each school year brings concerns and changes in High School Sports. Chillicothe High School Principal and Athletic Director Dan Nagel says one of the biggest challenged being faced by MSHSAA are the rules of student transfers.
Nagel says the problem is seen more often recently, especially with private schools located in bigger cities.
