A one-year-old child was killed when he was struck by a car in a driveway. One-year-old Elijah Galloway of Overland Park Kansas died following the accident Saturday at about 9:30 pm at a home eight miles east of Lathrop. State Troopers report the accident happened when 32-year-old Caitlyn Galloway of Overland Park, Kansas was driving in the driveway and hit the child. The child was pronounced dead at Liberty Hospital.
