The 2019 Chautauqua In The Park is this weekend. The event is full of unique items for nearly any taste, from woodworking to leather craft and fine arts. There is food of all type available and items from the Farmers market, including Mums. But no matter where you are at Simpson Park this weekend, you will hear the music coming from the main stage. The Chillicothe Area Arts Council provides the entertainment for the event and Director Mary Lou VanDeventer says they have a great line up for both days.
Sunday starts about 10:15 am.
The Arts Council also sponsors the Traditional Arts area and VanDeventer will talk more about on Wednesday afternoon.
