Four Arrests In Chillicothe Police Report

The Chillicothe Police Department handled 99 calls for service Tuesday.  Four arrests are included in the report.

6:37 am, Officers responded to a report of a vehicle leaving the business in the 1000 block of Graves Street and the woman driving was holding a baby. They were unable to locate the vehicle.

8:42 am, Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary in the 600 block of Webster St. The investigation continues.

1:08 pm, stealing from a residence was reported in the 200 block of Herriford St. The investigation is on-going.

2:40 pm, Officers were dispatched to a non-injury accident in the 500 block of Bryan Street. The report states a vehicle driven by Terry Ashford struck a utility pole causing extensive damage to his vehicle and minor damage to the pole.

5:39 pm, Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 1000 block of Third Street. The incident was found to ben verbal.  As a result of the call, they found a woman had driven to the area and her driving privileges were suspended. They arrested Sierra Copsey for alleged driving while suspended. She was cited and released.

Officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Henry Street for a fugitive from Caldwell County.  They arrested David Gamble on a Caldwell County for alleged failure to obey a Judge’s order on the original charge of alleged possession of a controlled substance, with a $50,000.00 cash bond. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

7:02 pm, Officers returned to the 1000 block of Third Street for a domestic assault. They arrested Sierra Copsey for alleged domestic assault. She was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

7:14 pm, RJ Allan Cox surrendered himself at the Police Department on a Livingston County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a charge of Property Damage. Cox was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
