The Missouri State Librarian and former Livingston County Library Director, Robin Westphal, will be in Chillicothe next week to speak to the Livingston County Retired Teachers and School Personnel Association. The organization will hold their meeting September 12th at 4:00 pm at the Litton Ag Center.
Westphal is expected to discuss the many functions of her office and the connection between the state libraries and Missouri school districts.
Along with all Livingston County retired school staff, anyone interested is invited to attend. This meeting’s service project is a monetary contribution to the House of Prayer.
