The Missouri Legislature will meet in special session next week. State Representative Rusty Black says there is a Veto Session as required, but he knows of no items they will try to overturn.
He says in the Special Session, they have one item that has to do with credits for the sale of a vehicle or vehicles towards the sales tax on the purchase of another vehicle.
Black says the issues have to do with two little words.
He says they want to do this before the 180 days passes since the new legislation went into effect.
