Chillicothe Police Had BUSY Tuesday

The Chillicothe Police Department report includes 109 calls for service Tuesday, in addition to the arrest of the two dangerous men arrested overnight and handling traffic control during the fire on North Washington street.

Some of the calls include:

1:00 am, Officers took a report of theft of an ankle monitor charger in the 1100 block of Third Street.

11:30 am, Officers responded to the 200 block of Samuel in reference to a child custody issue.  The issue was resolved.

11:40 am, Officers were dispatched to the area of Northwood Terrace in reference to suspicious activity.  A driver was stopped at a stop sign, got out, and appeared to be selling something to the neighbors.  There was nothing illegal located.

2:15 pm, Officers arrested Joshua Clevenger in the 1400 block of McVey Street on a Municipal warrant for alleged failure to appear in court.  He posted a cash bond and was released.

3:35 pm, Officers responded to a business in the 800 block of Elm Street about a stolen gun. The investigation continues.

8:15 pm, Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Bridge Street in reference to drug activity.  The department received several calls, some of which were unfounded.  This investigation continues.
