Two Bridge Projects On US 65 Start Next Week

The Missouri Department of Transportation will begin working on bridges on US 65 in both Livingston and Carroll Counties.  The project is to replace expansion joints and guardrails.

Contractors from PCiRoads working with MoDOT, plan to begin work on the Livingston County US 65 – Roach Lake Bridge, south of Chillicothe.  The work will begin Monday and should be completed by late October.

In Carroll County, MoDOT says work on the Tater Hill Creek Bridge, southwest of Tina begins October 7th and should be completed by October 14th.

Traffic will be reduced to one lane and directed by traffic signals during both projects. The Roach Lake Bridge project will include a 10-foot width restriction while the Tater Hill Creek Bridge will include a 16-foot width restriction.
