A Braymer man had serious injuries in a single-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon near Braymer. Fifty-three-year-old Albert Weeks was flown to Truman Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment following the accident on Route A, 2 miles south of Braymer. Weeks was attempting to get into the vehicle as it began to roll down a hill and he fell out of the pick-up and was run over.
