Chillicothe Police Report For Wednesday

The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 93 calls for service Tuesday, including several investigations and one accident.

2:25 am, Commercial business alarm in the 2600 block of N. Washington Street.  Triggered by an employee.

4:11 am, Officer provided assistance to Animal Control Officer at the animal shelter.

12:15 pm, Tractor/trailer slid into a ditch at Rt.V and East Street.  No report needed.  Stand by for traffic control.

12:37 pm, Officer out in the 1300 block of Waterworks Road on an investigation.

12:45 pm, Officer out in the 300 block of Dickinson Street on an investigation.

1:45 pm, Officers out in the 200 block of Gale Street for people with a disagreement.  They talked-out their differences.  No report.

1:59 pm, Officers out in 700 block of Elm Street reference subject leaving without paying for gasoline.  Information obtained.

2:04 pm, Officer out in the 400 block of Mack Street on a well-being check.

3:07 pm, Officer out in the 100 block of 10th Street reference possible identity theft.  Information was received and the investigation is continuing.

3:47 pm, Subject in PD to speak with Officer in reference to custody dispute and ex-parte.  Information transmitted to the subject.

3:49 pm, someone came to the police department to provide information to Officer about possible illegal activity.

4:12 pm, someone came to the police department to speak with Officer in about an investigation of Child Abuse.

4:34 pm, Officer out in the 700 block of Missouri Avenue on paper service.

5:40 pm, Officers checked for open door in the alleyway on a business in the 600 block of Jackson Street.  No open door was located.

6:16 pm, Responded to a residential alarm in the 600 block of Elmdale Road.  Premises checked and found secure.

6:23 pm, Parking complaint in the area of Clay and Woodward.  The vehicle was found to have broken down.

6:31 pm, Report of someone leaving a business in the 600 block of Bus. 36 Highway, without having paid for gasoline.  Employee error in accepting payment.

8:37 pm, an officer was out in the 600 block of Jackson Street on a premises check.

10:16 pm, Officer check on a person near Third Street and Virginia Ave.  Subject OK, waiting on a ride.
