Nine Taken To Department Of Corrections After Sentencing

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department transported nine people to the Department of Corrections to begin serving their sentences after appearances in Livingston County Court.  They include:

56-year-old Bobby Oleson of Max Creek was sentenced to 4 years for Resisting Arrest

30-year-old Linn Hoskins of Hale is sentenced to 7 years  for Tampering with a Motor Vehicle

38-year-old Mathew Ritchie of Chillicothe is sentenced to 2 years for Possession of a Controlled Substance

32-year-old Nathan Osborne of Chillicothe is sentenced to 30 year old for 1st Degree Assault

40-year-old Joseph Anderson of Richmond is sentenced to 7 years and an ITP Program for Harassment

68-year-old Ronald Brockus of St. Joseph is sentenced to 7 years for Statutory Sodomy

39-year-old Miranda Adams of Chillicothe is sentenced to 3 years and an ITP Program for Possession of a Controlled Substance

Two were also on a Change of Venue from Caldwell County, they are:

31-year-old Dereck Cornish of Independence, sentenced to a total of 20 years, including 7 years for Assault, 7 years for Trafficking Drugs or Attempt to Traffic Drugs and 6 years for Unlawful Possession of Firearm.

25-year-old Justin June of Independence, sentenced to 2 years for Stealing a Motor Vehicle
