A Kansas City woman was arrested Sunday afternoon in Daviess County. State Troopers arrested 30-year-old Chelsea Laub at about 12:45 pm on a Platte County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a non-moving traffic violation. Laub was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
