The Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce annual awards banquet Thursday evening included six major awards. Outgoing President, Chuck Erke talked about the awards presented. They include two for the Chamber Ambassador program.
There are also awards for individuals and businesses.
And the final award for the night was the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Erke also looked back at 2019 and talked about a shift in direction for the chamber. He says part of that was workforce development.
He says another area they looked at ways how to better serve the business members.
The 2020 Chamber President is Kanna Helton and she looks forward to continuing the work that has been started.
