Chillicothe Development Corporation, the parent organization for Main Street Chillicothe, has new leadership. Chillicothe Development Corporation’s annual board meeting in January included the election of officers. Steve Franke, owner of Midwest Quality Gloves, is the newly elected president of the board. Vice-President for this year is Lindy Chapman – Chapman currently oversees the Hedrick Medical Center Foundation program. Other members of the board are: Dr. Rolfe McCoy, Past President; David Copeland; Bill Young; Mike Turner, Pat Thorne, Edward Milbank, and Fred Simmer.
