State Troopers arrested three in the area counties Monday.
In Caldwell County at about 12:45 pm, 29-year-old Miles Stagall of Richmond was arrested on a Ray County warrant for alleged Failure To Appear on a traffic violation. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
In Carroll County at about 2:10 pm, Troopers arrested 40-year-old Johnnie W Horton of Brunswick for alleged possession of methamphetamine, possession of opiates, possession of drug paraphernalia, excessive speed, no insurance and no seatbelt. He was processed at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department and released.
Also in Carroll County, at about 4:35 pm, Troopers arrested 46-year-old Davy Norris of Carrollton for alleged driving while suspended, no seat belt and on a Carroll County warrant. He was processed at the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department and released.
