The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department made an arrest following a traffic stop where the vehicle was clocked at 105 in a 65 zone. Sheriff Steve Cox says the incident was on March 9th on US 36 at Route D. The vehicle was stopped officers arrested 20-year-old Chen Jianhong of Lawrence Kansas. He was processed and released with a court date.
