The Chillicothe Farmers Market opens this Saturday at the Livingston County Courthouse. Hours will be 8:00 am to noon and they will again be located in the parking lot on the west side of the building. Clayton Vadnais is this year’s Market Master and says COVID-19 restrictions kept them from opening the first weekend in May, but some of the vendors are ready to go. Vadnais says there will be a few changes from how the Market has been run in the past.
He says non-essential programs will not take place, and they are still learning what that will mean for some of the extension programs.
He says they WILL have a Tuesday Market.
The Chillicothe Farmers Market also welcomes new vendors.
