Livingston County Sheriff’s Report Of Recent Arrests

The Livingston County Sheriff’s report includes several investigations and arrests.

On April 26th, deputies worked with the Chariton County Sheriff’s Office on a possible theft of heavy equipment. The report states that after the equipment was located the actual owner asked that no enforcement action take place.

On April 27th, theft of a trailer and John Deere Tractor with mower deck and front loader from a location on LIV 419 was reported, the investigation continues.

A drug investigation was conducted in Dawn.  The incident remains under investigation.

May 3rd, deputies began an investigation of possible animal neglect.  The dog appeared to be unhealthy and further investigation continues.

Two most wanted arrests are in the report.  On April 28, the Macon County Deputies arrested William Deonte’ Cooper on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Obey a Judge’s Order, on original charge Delivery Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine. Bond set at $15,000 cash

Thursday, Paul Martin Happy was arrested on a Livingston County felony warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on a charge of alleged  Possession Controlled Substance.  Bond was set at $15,000.

Other arrests include: On April 25th, Paul Martin arrested at 5:37 pm for alleged Driving While Intoxicated.

April 26th, Carlos Salazar of Kansas City was arrested for alleged Driving While Intoxicated, Careless and Imprudent Driving, Failure to Drive on Right Half of Roadway, Failing to Register Motor Vehicle and No Insurance.
