Because of rain in the forecast for Thursday, the elementary schools in Chillicothe have changed their schedule for the return of items to the school and picking up of items left by the students. Pick-up and drop-off of items for all elementary schools will take place today. The new schedule is as follows:
Parents of students at all their elementary schools will pick-up and drop-off items from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. The locations at the various buildings include:
Pre-School & PreK will be in the CELC circle drive at the back of the building
Kindergarten and 1st grade will be in the CES circle drive.
2nd grade pick-up and drop-off will be on 10th Street – the north side of Field School
3rd grade pick-up and drop-off will be on JFK – the south side of Field School.
4th grade pick-up and drop-off will be on Dickinson Street – the west side of Dewey
5th grade pick-up and drop-off will be on Polk Street – on the north side of Dewey.
Items will be collected from the parents as they drive up and the student’s belongings will be handed out at that time. They ask that you stay in your vehicle.
