State Troopers report three arrests in the area counties Tuesday. They include:
In Linn County at about 7:25 pm, Troopers arrested 20-year-old Mackenzie McConkey of Browning for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
They also arrested 20-year-old Josiah Fender of Browning for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, he was arrested for alleged improper license plates, no insurance, and no seatbelt.
Both were processed and released. Fender received a summons to appear.
In Livingston County at about 10:10 pm, Troopers arrested 31-year-old Clinton Foster of Chillicothe for alleged DWI and possession of marijuana. He was processed and released with a summons.
