A Polo man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Monday. At about 6:50 am, Troopers arrested 21-year-old Elijah Brown for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Clinton County warrant for alleged no valid plates. He was taken to the Clinton County Jail pending the posting of bond.
