A grant to assist the Backpack Buddies program at the Grand River Area Family YMCA was presented by the Chillicothe Elks Lodge. Elks Lodge member Penny Kennebeck presented Larry Skipper of the Grand River Area Family YMCA with a $500 grant
The presentation is part of the Gratitude Grant program through the Elks National Foundation.
