A Chillicothe man was arrested early this morning in Livingston County. State Troopers report 25-year-old Casey Welch was arrested at 12:20 am for alleged DWI, possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on a 24-hour hold.
